The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first ten months of 2011 versus the same period in 2010 for Danville, CA.

Danville Real Estate

The Danville real estate market has started out the first ten months of 2011 almost exactly as the same period in 2010. Stable marketing times, pricing and unit sales describe well the year over year performance in the single family home space. The market in attached homes has somewhat underperformed versus the same period last year.

Doug,

Great market snapshot. A stabilized market can produce consumer confidence IMHO.

Doug - nice market update.  I find it very helpful to review other California market reports from the bay area as I review what is going on in my own market.  Stabilization in your market is good news for my market.  Thanks for the information.
