wow, you are a true real estate superwoman, sales as well as rentals, this looks like a very comfortable large suite in a great well maintained complex....

Peter & Linda - it is indeed and I rarely touch rentals but this is for some special clients that I have been working with for years.
Cindy - this one is going for $1100 per month and that includes water and trash. Not a bad price for such a large condo in a prime location.
Barbara -Jo loved the pictures and as soon as you said need a couple of book cases to divide the room, you know I would appear. I not only could divide the room but would need to put more book cases against the walls as well:))
