Recently, Buffalo Golf, LLC purchased the golf course, clubhouse, and Trailhead (activity center). OB Sports Golf Management of Scottsdale is operating the club. Under new ownership and management, Chaparral Pines short sale and foreclosure inventory is down significantly from last year. Home sales have increased significantly and the average sales price is up $80,000 in 2011.
