I wonder how many calls this FSBO has gotten so far? They have put up several signs like this one around town. I'm sure they'll get some calls because as a rule, buyers think that they can get a deal from a FSBO and it looks like this particular FSBO is trying to portray the image of a non-professional. The fact that these sellers want "cash only" shows that they are not familiar with the real estate market.
