The FHA 203k is a great loan product for someone that is looking to buy a home that may need some repairs made to the home to have the home in a condition that someone can move in. It is also a great product for building contractors to know about because they will not have to worry about receiving payment for the repairs that they perform on home. So don't let there being some repairs having to be done to a home scare you away from a home that has a tremendous amount of potential.
