We think the suite is very well priced for the size, location and all the upgrades.
Peter & Linda -- As described, this is totally turnkey AND with 3 bedrooms. Most of ours that might be similar to this are only 2 bedrooms. Then there's the location. From how you always describe it, it's worth every penny. Good luck selling.
