Introducing Bandit - Our New Best Friend

By
Real Estate Agent with Southwest Missouri Realty

Recently we had the unpleasant task of telling you about the loss of our two dogs Boomer and Casey. It has been a difficult process to go through. We sill miss them dearly and always will.

The Saddest Blog We Ever Had To Write

There is a new chapter to the story though. After the initial loss, we knew we had to move on. We started searching the internet and local animal shelters for a new best friend. We made a few calls only to find out the puppy we wanted was already adopted. We even brought home one dog but she just wasn't a good fit for our family.

Finally, we found our new best friend. The animal shelter was calling him Frankfurter. That name just didn't seem right so after a couple of days we agreed on the name Bandit! He has lived with us a week now and we are all getting to know one another. He's cute, smart, and loving Rat Terrier. He's four months old and full of energy too! We love our new friend and you can look forward to seeing him occasionally in our blogs and videos!

Our New Best Friend

Betty - We've have dogs taken by coyotes here in the Nashville area while the owners were walking them. In a public park. I'm not sure that happened to you, but it's a good idea to be on the lookout.

Mario SpeedwagonHi Betty & John - We have a rat terrier named Mario - he serves as our small emergency backup dog to our two Labs. I can't tell you much about rat terriers, since ours thinks he's a Lab and acts just like them - he's a sweet slugbutt, reasonably smart for having a brain the size of half a walnut, and he has a heart like a lion. He's the first little dog I've ever really liked. Based on our experience, I'd bet Bandit will make a great new best friend.
