How well do you know you're city? I've lived in my city for about 9 years now, but recently embarked on a mission to make sure that we had a full description of every community on hand to send to prospects should they have questions. To my surprise there are 121 communities in Jupiter Florida, and no- I had not been in all of them. I think every real estate agent should make it a point to get out and drive the communities once in a while, without a client in the car so you can take the time to really lear the community. Loxahatchee Pointe, as shown in the photo below caught my eye because it was a standout community and I'm just not sure I've ever shown in there.
