Surprising Inspection Companions!

Okay, we've all had the odd ball inspection companions.  You know, the cat that darts from room to room but never sticks around long enough to say hello; the dog that follows you way too close; that dog that wants to tear you a new one; even the pet bunny hopping around the house.

Today's companion was WAY different!

I walked around the corner of the detached garage to see:

AND, she wasn't alone.  Her cousin was right behind her.

After a couple of minutes of them looking at us and us looking at them, they turned around and walked off.  Guess we were just to boring!

My afternoon inspection companion was much more amenable.  A very friendly black labrador retriever.

I think the current owners are a little angry about the thorough inspection you did. They didn't have one done and it cost them $18K.  I, my loan officer and my agent think a home inspection is well worth what I paid.

Thank You for the outstanding job you did on the inspection.  We bought and sold 9 houses and this was the only inspection that was ever done properly.  It was helpful and we will use it to do the repairs with a system, instead of the guess work we usually do.  Thanks again

Erby, No doubt that was a startling surprise.  They look relatively harmless ... yet those horns :-0 The lab looks like it just wants you to throw the ball and play.

Just a bit, Michael.

It was startling Kathleen.  But yeah, relatively harmless unless you bug them.  The lab was a real player!

I had a pair of huge cockatoos sing to me, beautifally, all the while I was in the house, about 2 hours.

It is a good thing these two did not decide to tear you a new one- it would be hard to replace.  Might have scared me a little.

Nah, Tim.  They're of the "you leave me alone - I'll leave you alone" variety.
