Ok, I am looking into CRM software. There are so many out there it is crazy! Some of the costs on them are out of this world. Over the years I have developed my own CRM, but some of it is here and some of it there. You know a compilation of things. Everything I use is free and I can understand it. I wish I had one that was either free or not to costly and easy to use. Also, the ones I have looked at are so complex that they actually want you to pay for the training so you will be able to use it. Good grief Charley Brown...anybody have some good suggestions?...Wayne

Wayne, I prefer ACT! by Sage, it's a one-time fee instead of a monthly fee and a better investment in the long run. They also have an add-on that you can use to view all your data in the cloud... or should I say, you can delegate to your assistant. Good luck!
