We much like the relationship we have with our local newspaper, the Tahoe Daily Tribune. It's based on many years of providing accurate real estate data for our public.

Today we got a call from them asking for our immediate help. It's data they needed internally, and they needed it quickly. At that moment we were working on a presentation for a Denver meeting next week about our new real estate applications (see this video), and we were only honored to stop what we were doing and help our local newspaper.

Here's what they needed, and we thought it would be a nice update as to where our real estate market is today compared to all of last year.
