The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of October was 125, up 12.6% from 111 last month and down 3.8% from 130 in October of last year. October 2011 Inventory was at a mid level compared with October of 2010 and 2009. The Average Days On Market for October was 48, down 31.4% from 70 days last month and down 21.3% from 61 days in October of last year. The October 2011 Average Days On Market was at its lowest level compared with October of 2010 and 2009.
