We are living in a world of a massive paradigm shifts in businesses, trade association and the way individuals do business in both the real estate and building industries.

This is no longer a subtleshift in business practices it’s a tidal wave of change. 

There are a large group of people stuck in the quicksand of the status quo of the way business uses to be and old thinking. This mind set becomes threatened when there’re approached with new or fresh ideas.

They are lost in group think and find safety with everyone lost in yesterday. The more that that they resist change the faster that they are sinking into the quicksand and disappear from the business landscape.

When you come up with a new idea or speak you mind and find resistance, you’re not at fault its old thinking coming to the surface by someone living in the world of denial.

We are living in a shifting business environment that requires a choice to be made. Do we follow the old outdated business models and mindset? Or do you embrace the opportunities that are in front of you and embrace change and working with new ideas?

Be unique and embrace the future and the opportunities that future holds for you. Leave the baggage of the past on the curb.
