Yes it is a very nice home in the right and very convenient location in Saanich east, one could save a lot of money by easily eliminating one or all cars living at this address.

So very true, not only a great home, and very affordable, but the location is so very handy for access to all services and amenities, the in-law suite adds options and choices, including legal boarding of 2 students, and for the extended family, the home is also zoned to allow for an at home business, which in this location is a real Plus....
Attractive home inside & out, with interesting landscaping. It sounds like the locations is very convenient.
