I really love to teach. Can't you tell that by the name of my blog!
I'm excited about a new project for me that is now underway. I have done webinars and really like doing them, and plan to continue doing them in the future. I'm going to switch gears for a while and do recorded classes. The most often phrase with the webinars, "I wanted to attend but couldn't at the time you had them."

I'm a HUGE fan of podcasts and the ability of playback whenever you want, at any time of the day or night. Plus you can rewind and replay sections that you need several times to grasp a concept or technique. Also, I'm constantly downloading podcasts (tech news and training) to my smartphone so I can watch and make the best possible use of the 'in-between' times. (e.g. waiting for somebody or commuting, or etc).
I am planning to produce at least one class per month as we go forward and my checklist (so far) is seen in the box on the right. I've bought a great little screen recorder app that works very nicely! So far I have 3 modules recorded and counting down 7 more for the class to be wrapped up. I've picked my GB101 course to be the first "off the press" which is entitled Graphics for Bloggers.
Each class will be composed of 10 modules averaging around 12 minutes each. (Each module takes me about three hours to prep the slides and examples! So there's lots of great material some of which you've seen in my posts, but much of which you haven't)
I'll be offering the class for viewing online or downloading for a cost of $39 for the class (which has 10 modules). Plus I'm looking into a platform to host it where there will be interaction with me and your fellow classmates. Also, it is a place where you can ask questions and post your progress updates.
For anybody who pre-registers for the class (no payment until class is finished), I will be offering the class at the discounted rate of $29. This offer will be available through the first couple days the class is available before the regular price applies. You can use the form at the bottom of this page to pre-register.
Here is my introductory module that you can get a glimpse into the class:
