October of 2007 is over, the fall season is well upon us and the real estate market in
Macomb County Michigan is going strong.   Even with the cooler weather and the normal
fluctuations that we see in the homes sales in the fall there were many homes and
condos that sold in Macomb County during this period.

The following is gathered from information provided to Mirealsource™ and its
participating brokers and real estate agents.  This does not include data from
outside sources (i.e. local assessors offices, private sales).




During the same period in 2006 there were 588 homes that sold in Macomb County.
As you can see by the chart above, more homes have sold this year in the month
of October than sold last year.  That's good news for Macomb County homeowners!





Condo sales are a bit weaker than they were last year.  During October of 2006 there
were 141 condos that sold.
