Greater Toronto Area Real Estate Market Update October 2011

The Average Selling Price for homes in the GTA ..... up 8% from October 2010

Over all sales numbers..... up 17% from October of 2010 with 7642 reported transactions through the Toronto MLS system in october 2011

While the number of new listings outpaced the number of sales the pace of October resale home transactions remained strong and this bods well for a strong finish for 2011.
