A Home Stager.....We Are Here to Protect and To Serve.

Serve Okay never mind the protect part....I made that up. But we are here to serve! Here's how:

I received an email this past Thursday accepting a bid to stage a vacant home.

I replied to the email that I could stage the home next Friday, just over a week later.

I followed that up with an email to the Realtor asking for the feedback received so far, traffic, etc. Her first comment:

"Can you have it staged in time for my Open House on Sunday?"

"This Sunday?"

"Yeah"

" I am booked Saturday so I would need the signed contract and payment by noon tomorrow in order to pack tomorrow afternoon and stage it Sunday morning BEFORE your Open House. Let your client know of the tight time-line."

(BTW, this is a Realtor who I love dearly and one who uses my services all the time).

So, it was done. Payment came Thursday night by credit card. Signed contract by Friday morning at 10:00. Truck and movers booked and packing done by 5:00.

All I can say is the 'Fall Back' for the time change happened on a good night. That extra hour meant I didn't lose any sleep for my very early start today.

Home Staging done by 12:20 PM. Open House at 1:00 PM and the house is looking beautiful!

So Yes.....A Home Stager is here to protect and to serve.

I was lucky I had the right furniture available in my warehouse and didn't need to go buy something I was short of. I am now out of sofas! Yikes...just a couple love seats left. Gotta be there for the clients don't we Michelle!

It is not always that way Sara but this one worked out on short notice. I don't normally work on Sundays but this Realtor is just the best and I wanted to help her out with the Open House.

Weekend? It's the weekend Maureen? Ha.....maybe Tuesday?
