My quest for calm and inner peace continues despite the many distractions in my life. After my PC crash on Friday afternoon, and spending more than 10 hours yesterday restoring files and installing software, I realized I had not eaten. Off to the kitchen to make a healthy meal:
All fresh broccoli, green beans, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, spinach, and tofu lightly steamed in organic vegetable broth – then lightly tossed with a peanut sauce. This is a quick meal - one that is not to be left unattended.
