As Realtors, we are often pushed and pulled in many directions from day to day. It's a wonder we maintain our sanity. Listings agents, in particular have had to endure many a whiny seller in today's market.

I ran across this Cathy cartoon while I was tidying up my office the other day and thought I'd share it with you.

My version: If I show your house, but don't sell it, it's because I, Your Realtor, did not explain every feature.

If no one shows your house, it's because I, your Realtor forgot to put it in the Multiple Listing Service, oops (only kidding)... LOL

If no one likes your yard it is because I, your Realtor forgot to water your lawn.

If no one buys your home, it is time to re-evaluate the price.
