Did you know that Realtor.com has a daily market commentary with recommended locking analysis? I didn't either. I used to pay for this type of service and found their analysis very benefical. I don't know anything about the Realtor.com analyst but I am sure that he knows what he is doing.
When I am working with a buyer or someone refinancing and they ask if I think rates will get better or worse, I am going to start sending them to this link.
