Consumers have grown ever more Web-savvy and online applications continue to evolve, many in the industry are experimenting with blogs and YouTube videos to promote their properties. That's just one more way to try to create some buzz with your property. If there's one more way you can make your listing stand out from the masses, you might as well do it. Create your videos then distribute them to several places online, including the wildly popular video-sharing site YouTube.

Tinsley, If you will go to my site www.ljgood.com and take a look at the You Tube videos there, you may find several ways to improve on what you are now doing. It's very easy and takes very little time. Also, you can create a "presence" by doing all your properties with you tube and using the same tags to keep them together, that way when someone watches one of your video's the next one to pop up is you also. Keep at it.
It is absolutely amazing where things have gone in real estate versus as little as 5 years ago and then to look back 10 or 20 makes it even more amazing. Nice post.
Another source of advertising...but would think you'd want a professional videographer and better sound/agent commenting in the background. Thanks for the idea.
