There are currently three units for sale at Surfwood Monterey ranging in price from $199,000(a short sale on the top floor) to $235,000(a flip that was also the only closed sale in October, the pre-flip price sales price was $170,199 a bank owned).  The other current listing is a top floor street facing unit at $209,900.   There is one unit in escrow priced at $225,000.
