The sold volume decreased slighlty from October 2010 ($-843,559) and the sold average only dropped a mere -$767.00 This could be caused by many factors however this drop is very slight. One disturbing is the fact that DOM or Days On Market increased by 46 days.
What does this tell us? There is just no way to tell right now. although we see a decline it is very minor and certainly not at the pace the media is telling us in our area. Also, real estate is local and what might be happening in other parts of the country, even other parts of NJ may have no berring on Gloucester Twp NJ. The DOM could mean that we need to pay closer attention to where we are setting our home prices.
