Indian Ridge Country Club starts a new season with the opening of both the Grove and Arroyo golf courses! Indian Ridge is an established private equity golf club in Palm Desert, CA - search homes for sale.
Home sales in Indian Ridge Country Club are outpacing last years activity. There was a total of 69 homes sold from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. This compares to 63 homes sold in the same time frame the year before and 23 homes sold in 2008-2009.

Indian Ridge Country Club strives to ensure that the club is constinently being upgraded and kept in top shape for existing members to enjoy and to attract new members. Noticeable enhancements in Indian Ridge's club facilities this year include:
- New desert landscaping surrounding the Sports Club, Pro Shops and JK’s Café
- The installation of new fountains on two lakes on the golf courses
- Attractive bronze signage at The SPA at Indian Ridge
- Upgrades to the stonework, tile and fixtures in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms
- Upgraded cabinets and marble countertops in the Kramer Room
- Wi-fi service in the Sports Club lobby, at JK’s Café , the pool and the Kramer Room
The membership director reported that membership growth held steady this year with more than 100 new Golf, Sports and Social members.
Indian Ridge Country Club is continuing their Single Season Introduction to membership to allow prospective members and homeowners to sample membership on a trial basis before making the decision to join as an equity member.
Additional membership programs have been designed to suit specific needs of potential golf members. There is also no dues increase for 2011-2012 but a modest increase in the Golf and Sports membership initiation fees.
