Did You Know.....HOUSING IS CHEAP!

Some areas have been hit harder than others.  I live out in the rural area of Livingston County, MI and when gas prices were up, even that was another hit on those Sellers trying to find Buyers for their homes.  People just did not want to pay those higher gas prices and were very concerned about the added cost in their budget.
