It’s Time for Some Change.

I drive past these trees every day.

There are short periods of time when the leaves start to change colors. Virtually every day is a new hue for all to see. This period of time lasts 2-3 weeks, then the leaves are gone.

This is the time of change, it reminds me that winter is closing in on Placerville and the weather will be changing.

So I enjoy the colors each day, I know it will be short lived.

Autumn is such an amazing time for the reasons you mention.  You can really watch the turning of the leaves as they change hue nearly every day.  Nice photo, Tom!

Isn't that the truth, Tom.  My favorite time of year and it is really so short lived.  Once the rain comes the leaves start falling faster and the next thing you know they are gone.  Not a big fan of winter so will enjoy this special time while it's here!

They say that the trees back East are quite the site to see this time of year, I enjoy the view right here Myrl.  :)

Yes they are Deborah!

Not a fan of the cold myself DeeDee. Really tough when you have to work outdoors too. Can't really complain though, will live in California!

Nice picture. Fall is a beautiful time of the year. I took some great pictures myself this season. We are starting to see the snow fall here in Colorado.

Tom, I don't expect to see beautiful color changes around Orange County, but I'm glad to know that I can drive up North and see plenty.  Be sure to check out my last two posts which both include YOU.  I have "Revised" your video with more specific content, and you may want to replace the old one with the new one.  Let me know what you think of the music, if you want me to change it, or any of the pictures/text, before I do the next "Upgrade".  Congratulations on being in the race, and best wishes always.

Like all good things, this fall display doesn't last forever.  It's getting cold and these beautiful trees will get covered in snow before you know it.

I know, fall is so fleeting. It's so perfect but also so short-lived.  You can't quite explain it, but you can feel it.  Pretty picture.
