Ever feel like you are in a fish bowl.

I feel that way up in my deer stand.  Today, I am sitting just minding my own business when this little guy stared me down.

He started looking at me as if to say..."What you lookin at?  He sat in the same place just feet from me almost daring me to make a move.

I was starting to feel intimidated.

I have been stared down by deer, turkeys a chick-a-dee that sat on the end of my gun barrel for several minutes.  (He even looked inside of it...fool)

I know some people who have pets that will stare them down when they want something.

Here we are, the superior beings and we are the ones that end up backing down.   What has this animal kingdom come to.

It just hit me.  The little squirrel normally looks for nuts... and you were the closest thing he could find... LOL.

That is also why I am usually followed by a flock of squirrels, as well.  Nuts of a feather... so to speak.

Those little guys are not afraid to fight. I would have been a little scared.  "When squirrels attack!"

Maybe it was so early in the morning the only nuts he could find in a tree were you and him. I dont hunt anymore because I would rather sleep in . lol ( J )

I think you need to work on your scarey face. At least the squirrel didn't throw any nuts at you.
