Can DocuSign give me an extra three houses each week - and how would I use that extra time?

Tomorrow, my granddaughter, Ella, is participating in her kindergarten Thanksgiving performance. She and her classmates will be singing and acting the story of Thanksgiving at Hidden Hills Elementary School in San Ramon, Ca. I will attend.

In order to attend this event and see the joy in the face of Ella and her classmates I will have to not do something else. Everything is a choice when it comes to how we spend our time. Some of the choices are not negotiable. We need to spend time eating and sleeping. We need to spend a certain amount of time working. (These houses don’t just sell themselves, you know.) We spend some of our time doing those optional things that we elect to do.

It seems like I spend more time doing what I need to do than doing what I would like to do. I am sure I am not the only one who feels that way. Tomorrow, I am going to do what I want to do – for an hour (not counting driving time that will be at least an hour) and then I will get back to what I need to do for the rest of the day and into the evening because that is my schedule for tomorrow. I am not complaining. Life is good and I enjoy what I do.

If I had an extra three hours each week, that would be a marvelous bonus. I could spend more time with my wife and with my granddaughters. At least that would be my first choice. That is what I would like to do. Unfortunately, I might spend more time on the things I need to do because there does not seem to be enough time for those things now. I would rather spend the time with Ella and her sister, Abby. I don’t get to spend enough time with them.

There are not enough hours in the day to get all the work done that I want to do, but enough gets done. I can’t say the same about the amount of time that I spend with my loved ones. I would rather spend an extra three hours a week with them then ask for their understanding for the too little time that I do spend with them.

I would be so thankful for that extra time to spend with the family that I am so thankful that I have.
