With all the stuff going on; lenders going poof, Prices in free fall, Congress trying to outlaw me, you would think it would be something really of earth shattering importance that's got me worked into a lather.

It isn't.

But it's just so wrong....

LOL... What a shame... pancake batter in an aerosol bottle...

I have a Sunday morning ritual of making pancakes when I have my kids - all of the fun is watching the batter fly, the eggs break and making the little silver dollar ones. Sheez! Batter in a bottle! Just wrong!

I agree; half the fun of Sunday morning breakfasts with the family is the preparation that goes into it!

I agree, but isn't it wrong when a client is approved for a loan and all of a sudden they get to closing and are told their loan company no longer is giving loans out.

I can top that. We had four deals from the radio show that had already funded but escrow had not yet disbursed funds.... The bank changed it's guidelines overnight, and recalled the wires. We're getting the clients taken care of, but what a hassle. Talk about instant pucker...

... and pancakes are very important... My lovely bride pointed out that this would be convenient on a camping trip. I might have to give her that one, but I still object on moral grounds...
