Oh my gosh, apparently the crime of the century was solved and apparently the smoking gun was found in the pocket of the Appraiser.

Let me see, how many different people were to blame.  The current "hot button" topic is the Renowned Appraiser.  I am trying to understand.  Doesn't everyone have a small part of themselves to blame?  I mean we are all human and maybe we should have took a stand at some point?  What happened to the cohesiveness of society and the "human" element.

The Media has done their part.  Like the current "appraiser" thing.  Property is valued at what people will ultimately pay for it.  I know if I were go and look at 5 million dollar houses, I would not be able to float that payment even with the Neg Am.  But, when I had done my investigations, and found out what happens at the end of the Negative Am loan, I would have surely known I could not afford it.

Wow.  Can't we all just get up and then get on...  What do you think it will take????
