How I Save At Least 3-Hours A Week Using Docusign

I've only been using Docusign for a couple of months, but I'm very impressed with its ease of use and how it helps me save time.  

At first blush, I wasn't aware of all the benefits of Docusign, but now that I've seen it in action, I can tell you that it makes my days and week much more productive.  I've saved at least 3+ hours a week when I use it, not counting the added benefit my clients receive.  Here are some of the many ways Docusign has made life just a bit easier:

1. Docusign saves me gas, mileage, and time.  It takes me minimum 30 minutes to prepare and to make a drive to the office.  Add another 30 minutes just for the round trip.  This is also true for my clients and customers who also do the same.  Now, just try running to the grocery store a mile away and 'time' yourself.  You lose lots of time, even for those "quick" trips.  This is no longer necessary with Docusign!

2. Docusign saves me paper, ink, and toner.  That goes for my customers, as well.  What about those printer jams and other frustrations?  I've had them all.  With Docusign, I've eliminated most of these hassles.

3. Docusign saves my clients costs of faxing and printing charges, when they don't have a fax available.  Although it's common for small business people to have these devices in their homes, I've had many clients who still don't have all these machines in their homes. They have to find a fax machine somewhere (grocery store, print shop, etc).  Invariably, someone had to make a trip.  Now, my customers who're moving or packing, just don't have to worry about this hassle anymore.

4. Docusign even helps me minimize and eliminate misunderstandings or errors, because I can control exactly what is signed, and where.  If something needs correcting, it's easy to do with Docusign, and corrections can be made with just a few keystrokes. Re-send the document, and presto.  Docusign even has a cool signature picker, that eliminates any concern about signature legibility or even if it "looks nice."  Docusign delivers a cool, correct signature, every time.

5. Docusign also saves me the cost of postage, envelopes, and driving to the post office.  No need to send out for signatures across the country!
   

All these hassles, expenses, and time drains are no longer necessary!  I now have more time to spend with the family.  More time to go throw the football with my son, help with homework, or make time for a ballgame.  There's no rush or worry about how to get a deal signed after the dinner hour.  I can think of many ways I'm benefitting with this great new technology.
