Most recently, I walked into one of my unoccupied listings and found a door in the middle of the family room (attached to no door jam), a bucket of dirt by the hot water heater, truly disgusting carpeting, and an assortment of other unsavory discoveries. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?It’s a wacky world at times.Ah, but no dead animals and human bodies like I’ve found in the past...what a relief.
