"Mr. & Mrs. Buyer....Please Put On These Sunglasses Prior to Entering!"

"No really, I mean it. It is only for your own good. We are not responsible for any eye damage or long term sight problems".

"Ready? Are they on......okay, it is now safe to enter."

"OH NO.......YOU DON'T HAVE THEM ON!! ARE YOU OKAY?"

"Alright, I'm not kidding around. Did you really put the sunglasses on this time?

"Whew......now that's better".

"Now, I strongly urge you to also put on a visor to shield your eyes before turning around. No??? Okay, I warned you...."

"HELP!!!! MY EYES MY EYES!!"

Before FT

"OKAY, OKAY I WARNED YOU....here's your visor".

"AAHHH.....Much better I know".

The next time you need to hand out sunglasses and visors before your showings.....call a Professional Home Stager. It may save you some eye damage.

Shar - Gee, I dunno, I kinda miss the 1970's nature mural. The acid yellow leaves of the tree tied in with the screaming yellow walls, and the lime green leaves with the crazy lime carpet... Oh well, I guess that's just me...

Great job and incredible transformation! Is that really the same room?!!!

Hi Shar--I can't believe that house is in Minnesota--I would bet it was right around the corner from me. Here they would marvel that anyone would want to change those colors to something livable! What a fabulous transformation you did. I could barely get over my shock at that first photo. You actually created a home those sellers can new sell as opposed to giving buyers eye damage!
