15 Comments on An Attitude of Gratitude ~ Best Friends Animal Society
Good Morning George, an excellent post to promote a very worthy organization.
Hi Dan,
Thank you. Here is a link to our local Curry County Animal Shelter, http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/OR36.html
Everyone is welcome to add a link to their own shelter in their comments. Maybe we can help find homes for more of these fur-persons.
Thank you number 2 commenter and keep up the good work. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
George....AHHH Cinnamon is sooooo cute and I love the name.
Thank you she is as sweet and cuddely as she looks. Happy Holidays.
On Saturday I will be Santa for the day at our local PetSmart to raise funds for a no kill animal shelter. Can't wait as it was so much fun to have my picture taken with all those dogs last year.
What a fun way to celebrate Christmas and to help raise funds for the shelter. Happy Holidays.
Hi George...you have a great story to tell, we put our 16 year old American Cocker down Oct 2010, they bring a lot of love and joy into our lives... I met with Todd this past Summer and attended an animal Shelter event with him and his family. Todd is a big Animal Giver
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Hi Victoria,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Our fur people are like family and we mourn their loss just like family. I hope that you have many fond memories of your time with cocker. Todd is amazing. This is the season of giving and Todd is certainly giving a lot. My Christmas wish is that there will be another loving fur person in your future. Happy Holidays.
Cinnamon is adorable. And wouldn't it be wonderful if we do become a "no kill nation."
It certainly would. Our girl was traumatized by her experience at a 'high kill' shelter. It took approximately 6 months of loving and nuturing her before she was able to really trust us. By her nature she is very friendly and outgoing and it was a joy to be there when she was able to once again be herself. Thanks for stopping by and have a happy holiday.
I am so thankful she was saved! Thank you for promoting this and thank you for voting in the Christmas Photo Contest! Blessings!! Joni ♥
You are welcome. Happy Holidays.
Great post and good cause, George!
Thanks Louise. Happy Holidays!
