Three main things get homes sold:
1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Right community, away from major thoroughfare, views, south facing, proximity to golf, shopping, entertainment, etc. If your marketing is not targeting the key words that apply to you - you may be missing out.

3. PRICE. I know this is a touchy subject. But to be as straight forward as possible, I am just going to say it. We all lost money on real estate. It is not the time to attempt to raise the market with your property. If your home is not brought onto the market at a fair competitive OBJECTIVE price - it is not going to sell.
