Monthly statistics are available on the tenth of the following month.

 

Montgomery County, MD

 

Real Estate Market Statistics for Montgomery County, Maryland:  During October, there were 634 closed sales in Montgomery County, MD, down 9.43% from last year.  The average sold price was $411,221, down 6.45% from last year, with an average of 85 days on the market. The median sold price at $327,250 was down 6.50% from last year. The average sold price was 91.9% of the average original list price.

Prince George's County, MD

 

Prince George's County, Maryland, Real Estate Market Statistics:  During October, there were 626 closed sales, up 7.93% from last year.   The average sold price was $171,631, down 17.82% from last year, with an average of 100 days on the market.  The median sold price was $150,000, down 21.05% from last year.  Homes were selling for an average of 90.0% of the average original list price.

Real Estate Market Statistics for Frederick County, Maryland:  During October, there were 183 closed sales, up 3.98% from last year.  The average sold price was $265,684, down 6.33% from last year, with an average of 106 days on the market.  The median sold price was $252,500, up 1.00% from last year.  The average sold price was 91.43% of the average original list price.

Washington County, Maryland, Real Estate Market Statistics:  During October, 2011, there were 87 closed sales, up 7.41% from last year.  The average sold price was $174,276, up 10.19% from last year, with an average of 176 days on the market. The median sold price was $168,000, up 15.86% from last year.  The average sold price was 84.07% of the average original list price.

Howard County, Maryland, Real Estate Market Statistics:  During October, 2011, there were 208 closed sales, down 5.45% from last year.  The average sold price was $369,878, down 6.3% from last year, with an average of 87 days on the market. The median sold price was $330,750, down 6.70% from last year. The average sold price was 92.51% of the average original list price.

The average sold price was $323,731, down 9.51% from last year with an average of 123 days on the market.  The median sold price was $275,000, down 8.30% from last year.  The average sold price was 91.33% of the average original list price.
