Lake Havasu City is set to kick off its 2nd Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and Fair. The Balloon Festival will be held on the Island Golf Course at the Nautical Beachfront Resort. Last year over 30,000 spectators attended and this year there hoping for even a larger turnout.

Dale, we took my Mom up in a Hot Air Balloon for her 70th Birthday, in Charlotte, NC. It was also my first flight in a Balloon.

It was incredible - other than the hissing of the gas jets, it is totally silent up there.

Go up when you have the chance!
