Veteran Thanks This year the day falls on interesting digits 11.11.11, and if you remember history back when this was Armistice Day ending World War I, with the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month it is eerie again.

Freedom Is Never Free.

I recommend you all find at least one veteran to thank on this day for their service.

Their sacrifice serving selflessly preserving our freedom with bravery called upon if need be, with their current time or former time in the Armed Forces, it definitely needs to be appreciated and commemorated.

They all inspire us as to the heights we can go to in life with service toward others and our country.

Wishing all soldiers, Marines, sailors, Coast Guard and airmen a good day and

THANKS !!!

You bet, there are many special observances today. Last holiday I finally became aware of all the soldiers buried overseas in Europe between WW1 & WW2. The numbers were staggering.

Gary - how we sometimes forget "freedom is never free" and how grateful we all should be to the men and women who have unselfishly and courageously served in our military to secure our freedom, risking their lives in the line of duty.
