Trying to sell one of your most valued assets can be daunting.  We believe in going the extra mile for our customers.  Not only do we have systems in place, references to call we have the equivalent to the trunk monkey.  Yes...you heard that right!!

 

Geno is my very own trunk monkey and is always in the hood: checking on the security of our vacant listings, putting up signs, Genoadding riders, checking our exterior brochure boxes, adding and removing lockboxes and making sure our sellers have everything they need. He is dubbed the Cookie Monster...just ask our clients (past & present) who have children.  He leaves behind cookies (individually wrapped) with Mom & Dad to dispense when appropriate.

Oh I know exactly what you mean! I try very hard to emphasize with sellers because what an experience it is to move!! We can all easily loose sight of what it is like for both buyers and sellers to make a move:).

Dorie, okay Geno could use some doctoring on those ears, but I'll be he truly listens to all those needs of your clients!  My husband used the trunk monkey as a lead-in for a professional talk for EMS folks--they absolutely LOVED IT. He even has a Trunk Monkey t-shirt.

We all need one, care to clone him??
