The overall Palos Verdes Peninsula Real Estate Market has slowed a bit over the last several months. The number of properties listed for sale is approx. 20% lower than this time last year, and the number of sales per month over the last 3 months is very close to that of the similar period last year.
The average price per square foot of homes sold on the Palos Verdes Peninsula over the last 3 months is down
approx. 2.5% over the comparable period last year, but appears to have stabilized.
