There were 23 listings that went under contract (Contingent/Option) with list prices ranging from $115,900 to $1,399,000.
60 listings went Pending, with list prices ranging from $19,900 to $2,199,000.
63 listings Sold, with sold prices ranging from $12,500 to $2,000,000.
There were 160 listings that Expired, with list prices ranging from $17,500 to $849,000.
There were 41 listings that were Withdrawn/Cancelled, with list prices ranging from $29,900 to $750,000.
