In Southeast Florida the most popular condos near the beach, without rental restrictions ( can be rented after closing) up tp 200K.
What used to be an "old Florida" resort town has come of age in the new millenium. Real estate sales are booming with glass high-rise condos and internationally branded condo-hotels.
Appears to be a great location! May you find the perfect buyer and may the deal go smoothly!

Still one of the selling area in Southeast Florida, a lot of great deals when it comes to foreclosure and short sales.
