Thank you again for the invitation.  In this particular era we are in we have to hold steadfast knowing that we provide a valuable service for our customers and vendors.  As brokers we do provide a much needed service and now we need to stand and let the entire world know we are here and here to stay.  And though we take the criticism, we are not the BAD GUYS, but just the oposite.  WE ARE THE DREAM MAKERS.

Thank you Chris.  Your correct on all counts, this Era that we've stepped into has changed, and shaped.  We that remain through this time will be a determined few, alike those before us who plowed through the 13% times.  Maybe we will get back to those times, maybe we won't, but with posts like yours and others we will persevere.  Thanks again.

Very well written Chris. I applaud you.

And yes, we do take the criticism, and when handled with the utmost professionalism, it is what makes you and I stand apart from the 'Bad Guys" who only gripe and complain about the negative feedback that is so highly publicized.  Well, in my opinion, if you are not the Bad Guy being referenced, why complain, why gripe, we all know there are the bad seeds in this industry as with most businesses.  Ours just happens to be in the forefront these days from some bad dealings and with many involved.

We just need to keep holding our heads high and keep on doing what we have always done best.  Assist our clients with their options on choosing the right mortgage program that fits their needs.  Whether it's commercial or residential lending.  Show them their options and give them the pros and cons of each, they will choose the right program with you by their side as a professional , guiding them along the way.

As long as we continue to lead with professionalism and treat our current and future clients with respect, we will all be just fine!

Bravo Chris!

Mortgage Brokers have just as much right to be in the business as brokers.  They still do movie skits on how hard is to get a mortgage loan from a bank!
