Hi Charles....that's equivalent to MLS photos with snow on the ground in July.....if sellers only knew half of what goes on with the marketing of their homes.....I wonder how long those listing agents would still be in business.....
Sounds like the agent may have to many listings to do any of them justice!
Our MLS actuall ads all the days up but back in the day if you Just listed then it is a new listing as far as your concerned. The new listing agent should be penalized for the sins of the old listing agent.
Charles, Our board tracks and shows days on market from when it was first listed. I recently listed a home that a prior agent had listed. The sellers cancelled the listing with their agent and hired me. Although I had just listed the property, the MLS showed the days on market from the date the prior agent listed it, which was in January 2011. In my case, I did just list a property and it was over 200 days on the market according to our MLS. Things are not always what they may appear to be.
Maybe or most definitly the sign should have read " Just Listed..........with me " Lol good eye! lol ( j )
I think this all the time! I got a good giggle from your post and all of the comments! There are some L-A-Z-Y agents out there!
