HI!  Thanks for this info!  I live at 15829 Briar, in Hampton Place and am curious as to what the house behind me sold for. It is in the 158th Place cul de sac, The only one you have listed on 158th Place sold for $177k....So I don't think that's it.

The house I'm asking about originally sold for over $400k, then sold again after a divorce, then again after a bankruptcy. Can you tell me the most recent selling price?
