Northstate Buyers

Yes, times have changed but not so for Shasta County.  While our market has seen high inventory of homes in the last few months, and slower sales, buyers are still flocking to this area from all over the place. Reason?  Affordability!  Everyone wants a piece of California - and they can have it in Shasta County.  Our Median Home price is still below $300,000 compared to the rest of the State (at well over $550,000)!!  Not to mention the quality of life we have to offer.  Best schools, low to almost no crime, country living within 15 minutes from the City (population of about 90,000) and no traffic (yes!).  What makes our area desirable is the abundance of outdoor activities.  We're surrounding by mountains, rivers and the world-famous Lake Shasta!
