Have you experienced a “cark” recently?

Man I sure have and I don’t like it.  Why you may ask and I’m so glad you did, thank you.  I did this when I first started not knowing the game plays of the real estate market I did what I could by asking other agents what they did to make them successful.  Did it work no not really?  As we near the end of the year and get ready for the new one I am looking at what I’m doing and thinking of changing my game play for next year.  Almost forgot the meaning of (kark) to worry or be worried.  Distress; anxiety.  So are you going to change you strategy or your game plan for next year? Or just Cark about it?

Hi James,

So funny for your post to be the first one I read this morning.  I have been working on my business plan for 2012 over the last week or so and last night I sat down and brain stormed about what I could do to continue success in the following year.  So, no, I guess I'm not going to "CARK" (whatever that is...)

James ....I think we all "cark" from time to time no matter how successful we are .....to a certain extent it may help us get to where we want to be ....but everything in moderation ....like the margin of victory in last weeks game .....

Have a great day!

James - Guilty as charged!  Yeah, I've been known to cark a bit from time to time.  Usually when I'm not sure what I want to do about some thing or another.  On another note, you're a bit of an odd duck James but I like you!  I find your "vocabulary" posts amusing and entertaining.  What was your previous occupation before real estate.  Just curious.  :)

My wife tells me to put a cark in it all the time.  That's the other definition, right?  If not, it should be...

We are always trying to improve the experience, streamline operations, and get better.   A lot of agents are going "green" by not producing any marketing materials....LOL...not us though....

I am very carked about the real estate market these days, and the economy as a whole!
