Insignt:   Need for smaller homes for "Baby Boomers" - with views, one level, and services handy. - size 3k to 4500 square feet. 3 car garage. Need to accept that houses will be in the right location at over 1,000 dollars per foot. Need these for the folks in Paradise Valley, Carefree, and parts of Scottsdale and Rio Verde.
