CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT CLASS ~ HOUSTON, TX
Today I am attending the Certified Negotiation Expert class here in Houston, Texas at the Houston Association of Realtors office. I have heard great things from other agents about this class and have been interested in signing up for this for some time. The day has finally arrived and I have successfully negotiated my car from The Woodlands through the commuter Houston traffic and made it here on time!
The class is completely full which shows me that this is an area that many of us realize that we really have never had any formal training in. Seems like this should be mandatory for all agents as this is the core of our business. I will be taking great notes and learning all that I can today and will share with you what my "take-aways" are from the course.
I am excited to perfect my negotiation skills in order to benefit my clients whether they are on the buyer side or the listing side. The bottom line is that I always hope to offer my clients the best skills possible in all aspects of this business. This is what they expect and what they deserve from me.
